1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, high order volume, or unexpected delays. Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
2. Shipping Destinations
AlluraGo currently ships to customers in the United States.
Shipping availability may vary depending on product type, supplier location, and delivery address. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and product availability.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless a free shipping promotion is available.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will be shown at checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you may receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after the tracking number is issued. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is in transit between carrier facilities.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
AlluraGo is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@allurago.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier first.
If you still need help, contact us at contact@allurago.com with your order number, full name, and shipping address.
For US orders, if your package has not arrived within 45 days after shipment, your order may qualify for review under our Refund, Resend & Returns Policy.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement unless the carrier confirms a delivery issue.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For US customers, most orders do not require additional customs fees. However, if any duties, taxes, or import fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.
AlluraGo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or government inspections.
9. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different fulfillment locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Receiving one item before another does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing.
10. Shipping Delays Outside Our Control
AlluraGo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
